July is an excellent time to leave Texas' summer for the far North. During July 2008, Sandi and I, and
our good friend Sharon, I travelled to Quebec. We started our journey in the 400-year old city of Quebec.
The old city with its walled fortifications, extensive parks, and pedestrian-friendly areas is eminently
walkable with many interesting buildings, museums, shops, beautiful flowers, and fine restaurants.
