Botswana - Chobe National Park
En route to Zambia from Botswana during our January, 2008,  we detoured for a few hours to take a boat ride on the Chobe River.
This is a great area to view herds of elephant during the dry season but, as you may recall, we were here during the rainy season.
There just wasn't that much going on.  Nevertheless, between bites of lunch we snuck up on an assortment of visitors.
